Day Three- Heidi Songs CD or DVD!

 {click on the image to see all of this week's giveaways!}
Today's giveaway is brought to you by Heidi Songs! I had the pleasure of meeting Heidi IRL {in real life ;)} at our California blogger meet up and let me just tell you, she is even more fabulous in person!! I had so much fun chatting with her and she is even allowing me to come visit her in her classroom! How awesome is that!?

Anyway, this summer I was able to use some of her CDs and DVDs and I just LOVE them! My students were able to practice their sight words using her Sing and Spell DVDs. Her upbeat songs, repetitive movements and bright colors were so engaging! A really, really great product!

We also used her Classroom Management CD which I think has to be my favorite of all her products!
We started the day with listening to a few songs which really set the tone for the class. My absolute favorite song is "Please and Thank You". It's put to a rap beat and my kiddos just LOVED singing it {mostly because I did haha!} We also really enjoyed "Potty, Potty, Flush, Flush" {I'll just let you use your imagination for this one ;)} and "When The Bell Rings, Freeze!"
All the songs are remarkable and you can really see the time and effort Heidi puts into each one!
{I think she said the DVD comes out Sept 1st!}

And finally, we were able to use her Musical Math CD. Since it was summer school, we didn't focus a lot on math, but I was able to play the CD during center time and the kids just started to sing along! It was fabulous!
If you can't sense from my enthusiasm, I just adore Heidi and I am so happy that she's agreed to offer her amazing products to one lucky follower!
If you would like a CD or DVD of your own, enter using the raffelcopter below!
And if you don't win, I highly encourage you to purchase a CD of DVD from her. Trust me, you will not regret it!

Birthday Bulletin Board

Birthdays are my favorite holiday to celebrate! It's a special day all about you {who doesn't like that!?}

I also love having a birthday board in my classroom, dedicated to all the special little ones in my class.  I've done cupcakes and candles before, but this time around I added a fun little birthday banner too!
{If you purchased my birthday bulletin board before, go back and redownload so you can get the happy birthday pennant banner too!}

I printed the cupcakes and candles on cardstock so that they're a little more durable than copy paper and them laminated them for extra protection ;) I will write my students names with permanent marker on the candle and the date of their birthday on the flame. Then I can erase the names at the end of the year and use them for my new batch of kiddos again!

You can purchase my Birthday Bulletin Board at my TpT store or TN shop for $4!

The download includes:
*4 different cupcake designs {2 sizes of cupcakes to meet the needs of you classrooms}
 *11 different candle designs {also in 2 sizes!}
*Happy Birthday pennant banner

You can also download this little birthday organizer to keep all your students' birthdays in one place!

Teaching the ABC's

Teaching the alphabet is one of my favorite parts of kindergarten! There are so many fun activities you can do that incorporate the ABC's. Knowing letters is the foundation of all good readers and writers. The more practice your kiddos get, the better!

I made some fun flashcards and coloring pages for my students to use to practice the alphabet.
You can pick them up for free by clicking the images below!
{some clip art by DJ inkers}

I'm also guest blogging over at Tales From Outside the Classroom today and sharing more about ABC's! Head on over to check it out!
