Happy Easter sweet friends! To celebrate, the Freebielicious crew is filling your baskets!
I'm excited to share with you my new and improved math flowers!!
Last year, we decorated our classroom with these math flowers, but I wanted to add a little more this year! Instead of just filling the petals with equations, we're going to show the number in 6 different ways! Number word, tens frame, addition sentence, subtraction sentence, tally marks and place value! I also included two flower templates, one for numbers 1-10 and one for numbers 11-20. So excited to plant our garden this spring!
Click the picture below to download your math flowers!
Now bunny hop on over to Tammy from Live, Love, Laugh Kindergarten to add more to your basket!

I love the flowers! My class has really been struggling with addition and subtraction so I might put those on the flower petals to help them see that more than one sentence can answer each number.

What a great idea! I'm doing flowers next week with my pre-schoolers. I don't think they are quite ready for number sense, but I could probably adjust the activity :) Love it!
