New Spring Centers

Hi friends! Thanks for all your sweet comments on my Spring Break post! I am having so much fun!! The Price is Right was a blast! Didn't get to "come on down!" but it was still super fun! And I'm so excited to have finished my springy centers! They're all cut out and ready to go so I wanted to share them with you!

Growing Teen Numbers-
The kiddos will match the number on the flower to the correct stem by counting the tens stick "stem" and the extra leaves!

Bye Bye Birdie- practicing subtraction using word problems!

Finding Fireflies- sorting numbers greater than and less than 10. The dragonflies look more like bees to me, but they get the picture ;)

One of my most favorite math centers!! Flying Facts! The kiddos will add bows to the kites using the correct facts. I think I *might* turn this center into a craft too :)

Leapin Lily Pads- practicing skip counting

Splashing Syllables- sorting spring words based on how many syllables they have. We're getting good at this ;)

Snug as a Bug in a Rug {too much?!}- Sorting -ug and -un words in rugs

Rain Showers- sorting digraphs...this one is super tricky!

This one is tied as my favorite literacy center. "BEE"ginning Blends! Because not only am I obsessed with alliteration, I also love me a good pun ;)
The kiddos will have their bees fly to the correct flower by sorting the beginning blends.

My other favorite center! Flowery Sight Words- building sight words with the flower letters. Aren't they just so cute?!

Another really fun center; Growing Sentences!
The kiddos will pick a "vegetable" {apparently tomatoes and corn aren't vegetables!?} Doesn't matter, it's still fun! Anyway, they will pick a vegetable and make a sentence using the sight word they picked. I picked up the Easter grass on sale at Michaels {50% off, what what!} and used it to make a little veggie garden!
I dreamed this up randomly the other night and I love how it turned out! I am going to have this out to help them with their sentences.

And finally, some spelling practice :)
Sprouting CVC/CVCe words

Thanks for letting me share my enthusiasm for these! If you're interested in purchasing them, click the picture below!

Unless you're Kristen A, in which case you won them for free!

Oh yes, I am also trying something new this spring! I created "print and go" centers which cover the same exact skills in my spring centers, but require zero prep! All you need to do is print, and go!
It would be great extra practice to reinforce what was taught during centers, but it can definitely be used all on it's own! I'm thinking morning work, or for fast finishers!
If you click on "download preview file" in my store, you can see exactly what printables are included!
