I'm so very excited to share all of these awesome products with you!

Today I have a two-for Tuesday featuring two of my really great bloggy friends!

First up, Kelley from Teacher Idea Factory!

 Kelley has been teaching for 8 years now and has experience in grades K-2.  She absolutely loves the little guys!  If you follow her, you know that she is all about "selling the sizzle" of learning! She strives to create rigorous standards-based activities that produce grins from ear to ear!

Well this little ditty {literally} will not disappoint! If you don't know, Kelley is the daughter of the amazing Ron Brown. They frequently team up to create engaging, multi-media activities for the littles.

Today, Kelley is sharing story songs to help teach addition!
Music is such a powerful classroom tool! It automatically touches three of the main learning modalities. When presented in print form, it taps into the visual modality and becomes a powerful reading tool that fosters fluency! These new packets make it easy to use music in a fun and oh so meaningful way!

Each packet contains a song by Ron Brown (MP3), a mini book, and numerous follow up activities (craft, wearable work, centers, and/or games)! Multiple templates are included for each activity/book to help support your specific academic levels and classroom needs.

Five Little Bugs is a toe-tappin' ditty that teaches kids about addition to five. It's absolutely perfect for the little guys (Pre K-K).

Download this amazing freebie today, August 5th ONLY! Be sure to tell your friends before time runs out! {after going to the google doc, you must click on "file" and then "download" in order to get this on your computer!}

The next freebie is from my dear friend Traci from Dragonflies in First!

Traci has been teaching primary for 17 years. She believes that laughter is the key to EVERYTHING, including loud children. :) She's obsessed with planning and organizing and LOVES teaching children to read and write. She is  always looking for ways to simplify her day while making it more engaging, fun, and schema building for her kiddos!

Today, Traci is sharing a sample of her Morning Wake Up!
Morning work, bell work or MORNING WAKE UP - regardless of what you call it, it is important to get your little rascals’ brains engaged as soon as your day begins.

Reviewing and practicing concepts learned in both ELA  (reading, writing, grammar, spelling &  phonics) and MATH within the prior days and weeks allows for a depth of understanding and mastery of skills. Direct and prior instruction in imperative. Practice with repetition helps cement that new learning.

Traci offers her Morning Wake up for Kindergarten and First Grade!

You can download her freebie today, August 5th ONLY! Be sure to tell your friends before time runs out!
